Guilty

After a brief hiatus, I am back to blogging!....

One of my favorite guilty pleasures is shopping in the junior's department.  Its true.  I love that the styles tend to be a bit more fashion forward, not to mention more affordable, and it makes me feel hip again :)

Nordstrom's BP department is one of my ultimate favorites, where the styles are cute, prices are low, and the quality is usually not too bad.

Color Focus: Americana

Timeless and classy come to mind when I think of the Americana color classics- navy, red, and white.

For a simple pairing, try a navy blouse (or tee) with clean white denim.  Straight and cropped leg jeans will provide versatility for different looks as well.

Shopping Buddy

I had a perfect morning, shopping with my little buddy!

He was encouraging, ("that's pretty, Mama!"), stuck close to me, and was thrilled to munch on a donut {free at my Anthro today} while in the dressing room.
