There is no better way to create a clean, crisp look than pairing white with white.  It can be worn well with dresses for special occasions, or even casually for a day out.

To avoid looking like a bride, add fun statement jewelry, especially with color.  Play up you shoes with color or fun heels.

Make Up Inspiration

One make up trend I am loving is 60's retro.  The style is so well put-together and feminine, it really brings another level of sophistication.

 The trick with creating your own look is the eyes.  A liquid liner along the lash line that extends out the ends creates an interesting draw to the eyes.  Mascara is then layered on thick to add more darkness and attention to the eyes.

Blush remains minimal, and keep the lips neutral!

Sandals For Springtime

I am a die-hard sandals girl, and I am always anxious for even slightly warmer weather so I can bring them out again.  Lucky for me, living in California means almost year-round sandals weather!  They are cute and comfortable, and help you stay cool in the heat but never make you too cold in the cool either.

Lazy Week Attire

This week is going to be a bit of a fun and lazy week with my husband being home.  We'll be doing lots of day trips and outings, which necessitate being both comfortable for easy traveling and cute for lots of photo ops with the family!

Easy Wardrobe Updates: Going Tribal

One of the fun new trend is tribal prints and accessories.  The print can be found on almost any item of clothing or accessories, adding a fun decorative touch.  The key is to avoid overdoing it by maintaining one printed item at a time, or minimally printed accessories as well (think subtle stripes).

A cute tribal top could easily be paired with jeans or pants, and the adorable accessories (scarves, bangles, shoes) can spice up a V- neck tee and jeans!
